Add 21r0p2 leptonic filter with mdst output

Adds a leptonic filter for stripping 21r0p2 with mdst output. The filter added in !59 (merged) provides dst, which was not the output I needed.

Test is running against /lhcb/MC/2012/BEAUTY2XGAMMA.STRIP.DST/00113116/0000/00113116_00000003_1.beauty2xgamma.strip.dst, I'll unmark it as WIP once it is successful.
