[master] Support using nightly builds with dirac-production-request-run-local

Chris Burr requested to merge cburr/LHCbDIRAC:support-production-tests-with-nightlies into master

This is a bit of a hack but I've found myself needing it on a few occasions to be able to better test how well applications will work with production requests. It's explicitly prevented from being used with real productions so I think it's worth it (as ugly as it may be).
