[v8r3] Improvements in scripts

  • In dirac-bookkeeping-job-input-output: remove from inputFiles those also in outputFiles (because they are output of a step and input to the next)
  • New script dirac-loop for executing commands in a loop over a set of strings. See dirac-woop --help
