[v8r5] Various bug fixes

  • In the RemoveReplicasWhenProcessed plugin, the replcia cache was not cleared frequently enough for Turbo processing. As a consequence some files were not seen present at BUFFER yet but were indeed processed. Therefore they were not removed from BUFFER and set Processed in the transformation
