[MASTER] GitlabCI: unit test on merge request

Christophe Haen requested to merge chaen/LHCbDIRAC:master_CI_unitTests into master

This should run the unit tests against the master branch of dirac or the integration. It relies on the fact that the checkout of the feature branch is done properly (i.e. from the correct one), and on he fact that we are tidied persons: pre releases entries for releases.cfg are only in the devel branch
