[master] Get rid of Tier1-BUFFER + improvements in checks

  • Tier1-BUFFER: I thought I had done all of them in the previous MR, but apparently not yet!

  • Added possibility to list-directory from a BK query

  • Add dump of error files in check-fc2bkk into a file

  • Allow to give a transformation name to transformation-add-files instead of just an ID

  • Backported run tick check from MR !423 (merged) as urgently needed
