[devel] Revert script name changes and fix pylint issues

  • As we need to make a common agreement on changing the script names ('-' to '_', revert the few name changes

  • Address some pylint errors in Bookkeeping/scripts

  • Remove a stupid line in TS plugins that had probably been put there for a test but was screwing up run flushing!
