[v9r0] Important bugfix and pylint test

Christophe Haen requested to merge chaen/LHCbDIRAC:devel_FEAT_pylint into devel

This MR fixes the MR done by @nraja earlier which could not work. It also introduces a pylint job for gitlab-ci, similarly to what was introduced in DIRAC.
