[master] Script enhancements + TS fix

  • Add the possibility (option --RemoveSource) to remove the source replicas of file(s) when replicating.
  • Fix an issue in the RemoveReplicasWhenProcessed plugin when there are no output files any more in a production
  • Avoid running dirac-production-check-descendants without file selection unless --Force is used
