[v9r2] Tests: allow to install DIRACOS for the client

Christophe Haen requested to merge chaen/LHCbDIRAC:devel_ci_diracos into devel

if a DIRACOSVER environment variable is specified to the installLHCbDIRACClient function, it will install DIRACOS.
