[devel] Fix problems accessing log files in TransformationDebug

We had problems accessing log files:

  1. Was not working on EOS
  2. https was not working either on the old volhcb04 LogSE Fixed using FancyURLOpener, and add some debug printouts Make the code also more resilient and fix a problem with the matching of jobsID and last event in option --Info jobs
