[v8r2] Minor fixes in TS

  • The BK path used for checking whether a dataset had been processed was incorrect (Conditions not taken into account), which made the plugin much slower. This is fixed
  • Additional logging in the TransformationPlugin
  • Add CMT directories in .gitignore
