Fixes on NagiosTopologyAgent

  • Correctly pickup all SEs
  • Pickup root and http protocol SEs if exists
  • Added HTCONDOR-CE, VAC, CLOUD and BOINC to the list of CEs
  • Changed if/else for mapping object to change CE and SE names for WLCG format
  • comparing function to check if RAW and DST SEs have the same endpoint
  • added site SE path to the XML

Script for check luminosity was removed from this MR
