[v8r3]Randomize the output string of the test jobs

Christophe Haen requested to merge chaen/LHCbDIRAC:v8r3_FIX_randomStringInJob into devel

Currently if someone else ran the test jobs, you can't do it anymore (GUID already exists). This solves the problem
