Add links and missing tags to simulation
This merge request does a couple of things
Requests with the IFT, Simulation and Tagging working group has been made, but their tags weren't defined here. This fixes it.
Color suggestions are welcome :)
Add links to the EventType and LbMCSubmit version
The eventtype goes to something like http://lhcbdoc.web.cern.ch/lhcbdoc/decfiles/releases/v30r95/options/12143010.py, it would be a good idea to replace this with a link to the simulation wizard website when that goes live The LbMCSubmit link goes to the repository link with that tag, eg https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb-simulation/lbmcsubmit/-/tree/2023.08.01.0
Add wg tags to the ci job viewer
