Passthrough Sprucing of "rest of" 2023 data

You can use however many files are required from the Runs 268237-268773 for validation (taken from https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/opg/-/issues/3#note_7064500)
Note that
- Geometry and conditions tags dont matter for passthrough
Summary

@cmarinbe @decianm (cc @fpolci) it has been requested that we process HLT2 runs as they arrive in the bkk - this means effectively running in chunks. Could you provide a list of runs that are complete in the bkk?
