Streamline the way in which we get feedback on failing jobs
When one gets jobs failing we understand that right now the information on the jobs and logs is posted manually on an ELOG or given by email or similar - at least that is how I understood you @nraja. It seems we could do better and have a way to collect all failures with links to config and logs so that from our side we get a full overview efficiently. We may have to discuss issues with others depending on whether there is something buggy in the stack or some tool, but that's not your DistComp worry, of course.
You could even think of some kind of bot that aggregates the information automatically. In AnaProds we have a bot posting on GitLab, see for example lhcb-datapkg/AnalysisProductions!553 (comment 6858215), and some big improvements under preparation, tested via for example lhcb-datapkg/AnalysisProductions!366 (comment 6886254). Is something similar viable? Else the manual post of a comprehensive overview, as stated above, would already be a big QoL improvement.
