rio-mempool branch ready to be merged back

Hi, I tried to merge back to master, but I am not authorized. rio-mempool is anyway ready to be merged back. There was a minor conflict in the last commit, where MULTISEGMENT is removed. It was in BuilderUnit.hpp:BuilderUnitData struct. Please double check that it solved correctly, I think your only changes inside of the struct were comments, correct?
