Added MC requests for B2LbarPmumu analysis

We would like to request mc samples for B+ -> Lambdabar P+ mu+ mu- [EventType: 12115191] and B+ -> Lambdabar P+ Jpsi (-> mu+ mu-) [EventType: 12145122] for years 2016, 2017 and 2018 in full DST unfiltered (stripping flagged) format in latest Sim10 version. The requested statistics per sample per year is 4M (including both mag polarities), hence 24M in total are requested in this MR.
