Isolation studies SL WG - part 2

This is the second part of SL isolation studies, previous request - !327 (merged). The requests were splitted because some DecFiles required corrections.

Upgrade MC sample production with the channels listed in codimd with the 2024 conditions. This is for both charged and neutral isolation studies to be done before the next Run 3 data taking begins (March 2024)
