RD MC request for Xib -> Xi- mu+ mu- sample

Mick Mulder requested to merge RD_Xib2XiMM_for_RLambda into main

This is an extension of the requests made previously for the R(Lambda) analysis, we would like to add a request for Xib2XiMM this time. The summary of the request can be found here.

We would like to request 4.5M in total for this request in unfiltered DST format with the mentioned stripping versions, which would be later useful for R(Xi) analysis.
