add 2024 RD validation

Please double check that the dkfiles and decay modes picked are the ones in which early checks on data/MC can be performed.

For tau decays, few mail exchange happened, but no decay modes included yet, it might be good to understand what decay modes and hlt2 lines we would like to check and benchmark with early data. @avenkate , @tfulghes , @htilquin , @lasoares , @wbarter . For tau->3mu is there anything we can add centrally to be produced for the early 2024 checks? @calvi , @mamartin , @sicapell

I am happy to prepare the expected-2024 production as well.

NB : the request of this MC is needed to ensure we have a good coverage of possible checks to do on early 2024 data/MC comparisons, so the idea is to have channels where some visible signal will be possible.
