WIP: Remove OTMuonCosmics and added DeVPSensor

The OTMuonCosmicsMatching.cpp was removed as it was accessing the old detectors and preventing the Alignment to compile. The class DeVPSensor was missing in GetElementstoAlign so it can access the VP sensor. Some formatting is applied.
