Draft: Add D0 particles to Humboldt reconstruction

• Working D0 particle reconstruction from tracks
• Reconstruction includes PID, particles with PID cuts work OK
• Working mumu reconstruction (J/psi or Z)
• Make tests for particle alignments

longer-term goal: be able to build D0 from an HLT1 SelReport instead of from tracks. longer-term idea: should the track selection and particle selection functions also create & return appropriate default monitors?
