Fixes alignments for Muon and DD4hep

Sebastien Ponce requested to merge sponce_MuonTowardsDD4hep2 into master

Concerning the Muon, changed are induced by the change of reconstruction from MuonIDAlgLite to MuonIDHlt1Alg.

Concerning DD4hep, this is fixing all the broken classes that were not compiling anymore with DD4hep (although everything was compiling some time ago)

This goes together with Detector!115 (merged), Boole!371 (merged), Rec!2655 (merged), LHCb!3343 (merged) and Allen!724 (merged)
