Online alignment monitoring + CFrames in tests and fix survey implementation

This merge request adds several changes:

• Adds scripts for automatic online alignment monitoring for VELO and SciFi
• Add the CFrames in the tests (continuation from !364 (merged)) as some changes from !368 (merged) got lost in the rebase.
• It also adds a fix for the bugs in the survey constraints reported in #81 (closed) and #79
