Standalone CPU build, both Release and Debug

Option file used to execute Allen

Allen was executed with:

./Allen --sequence=hlt1_pp_veloSP --mdf=/data/home/tboettch/MiniBrunel_2018_MinBias_FTv4_DIGI.mdf
