Improve calo clustering computing performance
With !807 (merged) calo clustering is introduced to run as part of hlt1_pp_default and causes a slow-down of roughly 5%. This is traced down to mainly come from the cluster seeding (see this comment). Possibly !864 (merged) can help improving the cluster compute performance.
