Event list from filters get overwritten when running in Gaudi, leading to pyconf errors

This code: https://gitlab.cern.ch/lhcb/Allen/-/blob/master/configuration/python/AllenCore/gaudi_allen_generator.py#L79 is overwriting the event_lists of all algorithms, this cause issues when event lists from filters are used with invert_event_list.

@dovombru is this something you could also look into? I think @raaij is on holidays for one more week.

I will have to dig into the code a bit, as I'm not very familiar with this part. How urgent is this? I will likely not find time for this before next week.

It's an issue that only affect the tests. I'd say it is lower priority than what is needed for data taking.

The only issue for data taking is we have to set DisableLinesDuringVPClosing to TRUE manually in the pit.

Hello is there any news here? This is becoming an operational issue, as we have to remember to switch the flag manually at the pit every time. The issue being identified, is it clear if there's an easy solution to fix it?
