Fix SMOG2 cell z range

While first SMOG2 simulated samples were produced with the nominal cell position z = [-500, -300], the exact values are [-541, -341] mm.

This MR fixes the cell position for PV reconstruction and introduces protections in recent trigger lines to remove beam-beam and beam-gas contamination. Changes to trigger rates in Allen ci efficiency tests are expected (official simulated samples with the updated cell position are not yet available)
