Minor monitoring updates

Kate Abigail Richardson requested to merge kaaricha_minor_monitoring_updates into master

This follows up on two minor changes to make after !1186 (merged):

  • Turns on the Drell Yan line monitoring now that the tupling is separate
  • Splits the velo track eta, phi, and nhits plots by forward and backward tracks (cc @dovombru)
