Put Chi2Muon event loop inside the event mask

Christina Agapopoulou requested to merge put_corrchi2_inside_event_mask into master

Looks like the full event list was being used instead of the mask. The tracking and muonID are inside the mask, so should be the correlated chi2 algorithm.
