add enable monitoring param where missing

Add enable_monitoring parameter on non-lines algorithms. It was already used in all lines algorithms, although some were not setting set it and that was added too. The default value (monitoring enabled/disabled) has not changed for any algorithm.

Hi, may I kindly ask what is the status here, do we expect more development or may be a test will be good after rebase?

Hi, last thing I know, this will eventually be taken into account, but it is not a priority at all at the moment. Development is finished and should be just rebased when desired.

There are merge conflicts which have to resolved at first.
