Monitoring bug fixes

While investigating #530 (closed) I noticed a small error in the naming of the histograms in LambdaLLDetachedTrackLine.

A request to widen the DiMuonHighMass histogram was also made.

Lastly a small error not propagating enable_monitoring to Hlt1DiElectronHighMass in the python is fixed.
