Add Monet plots for D0 pp and SMOG trigger lines

This MR adds some monitoring for more SMOG2 two-body lines, which adds some redundancy to assess SMOG2 data quality via Monet
Also, IP histos for both final_state particles in D0 lines are added.

Locally tested (also with enable_tupling), no crashes found and histograms/tuples filled as expected
