Add one new Hlt1 line: DiProtonHighMass
This line targets b-bbar states decaying to proton antiproton final state. The mass range (8.5 - 12.5) GeV should cover all the relevant etab and Upsilon resonances. These are expected to be produced promptly so no IP cut is required. Signal MC for etab->pp decay can be found in /MC/2024/Beam6800GeV-2024.Q1.2-MagUp-Nu7.6-25ns-Pythia8/Sim10d/18102000/DIGI and /MC/2024/Beam6800GeV-2024.Q1.2-MagDown-Nu7.6-25ns-Pythia8/Sim10d/18102000/DIGI
Testing on MC NoBias sample, we find a retention rate of 0.1%
