Update Dark Photon muon lines: add displaced line
Add displaced line with tight muonIDNN cut. The PT cut is set to 0, this is very important to maximize the sensitivity on the displaced dark photon search. Also add the option to veto shared hits on the dimuon mass line, disabled by default. Rate comparison with respect to already deployed DisplacedLine on MB

Hlt1DiMuonDisplacedSoftPT: 15/ 10000, ( 45.00 +/- 11.61) kHz
Rate comparison with respect to already deployed DisplacedLine on KS2MuMu MC
Hlt1DiMuonDisplaced: 147/ 10000, ( 441.00 +/- 36.10) kHz
Hlt1DiMuonDisplacedSoftPT: 298/ 10000, ( 894.00 +/- 51.01) kHz

Overhaul of PID: !1908 (merged)
There's probably going to be overlap with these other MR.
