Update python entry point for Allen

Roel Aaij requested to merge gaudi_geometry_allen_event_loop into master

The Allen.py script exercises obtaining geometry constants directly from the LHCb stack and then running the Allen event loop.

The script has been fixed and updated and a qmtest has been added the runs it.
