Hi @dovombru. Nice to see this. I tried using the command from the new README.md but I get the following message:

Opened /scratch/allen_data/mdf_input/upgrade_mc_minbias_scifi_v5_000.mdf
No raw bank containing MC information found in input file
Timer wasn't started.

is this expected?
