Default to only building hlt1_pp_default to decrease compilation time.

This MR defaults -DSEQUENCES to hlt1_pp_default to avoid building two sequences by default.

Needs disabling tests related to hlt1_pp_no_gec (MooreAnalysis!53 (merged))

@dcampora, isn't MooreAnalysis is currently using the no-gec sequence in this test?
