Unfortunately !587 (merged) broke ODIN v6 decoding. This MR fixes that by converting ODIN v6 to v7 when needed using the same code as in LHCb.

For the shifter, once LHCb!3302 (merged) is merged, this MR should be updated such that ODIN.h and ODIN.cpp are taken from the HEAD of LHCb.
