Apply GEC in HLT1RICH1Alignment line

Dorothea Vom Bruch requested to merge dovombru_apply_GEC_Rich1Line into master

When the RICHT1 Alignment line was added in !687 (merged), it was configured to run w/o GEC. Since the reconstructed tracks are used as input,this significantly reduced the throughput by ~15%. Since the GEC does not impact the alignment line, it is enabled with this MR.
