Set tree name automatically in ROOT service

Configure the ROOT service to always write to the same output file "monitor.root" into one tree per monitored line. The tree name is set to the name of the line.

Since properties to turn on / off the ROOT monitoring of lines are introduced in !650 (merged), I do not do that here.
