Remove TwoTrackCatBoost from default sequence

TwoTrackCatBoost is superseeded by TwoTrackMVA

@nnolte @thboettc do you agree with the removal of the catboost line from the default HLT1 sequence?

@raaij can you please update the reference files? Also, if the intent is to merge this before the FEST MR, the pregenerated default sequence should be updated.
