Draft: Slim Lumi events

Shu Xian requested to merge shuxian_slim_lumi_events into master

If only Hlt1ODINLumi line is fired, don't output the SelReport, ODIN bank and the subdetector banks except for RHIC related ones.

Produce Lumi only event list

  • loop over all the line decisions in calc_lumi_sum_sizes
  • check if a physics line fired (except GECPassthrough)
