Modify + Add HLT1 lines for alignment

Sophie Hollitt requested to merge shollitt_HLT1alignCaliblines_2 into master

In this MR:

  • relocate a copy of DiMuonMassLine to the calibration area
  • relocate a copy of DisplacedDiMuonLine to the calibration area, include a configurable lower mass cut.
  • add all alignment lines to python/AllenConf/HLT1.py in the alignment monitoring list

For reference: this request needs to be merged before the routing bits for alignment can be prepared
