Add invert option to BX type filter

Kate Abigail Richardson requested to merge invert_odin_filter into master

We wanted to allow all events except those matching one type in the pit today. Here we add the option in the bx type filter to invert the selection to instead select all events that do not match the given type. Many thanks to @samarian for his help!
