Run forward-no-ut with dd4hep

Merged Roel Aaij requested to merge run_with_dd4hep into master
  • Some fixes to the converters to actually run with DD4hep.
  • Only those geometry converters that are needed by the sequence are loaded.

With this, HLT1 can run sequences involving the Velo, SciFi and Calorimeter with DD4hep without crashing

Depends on Detector!265 (merged), LHCb!3711 (merged), Should be tested together with: MooreOnline!139 (merged)

closes #350 (closed)

Apologies, I'd missed !955 (closed). Yes, I can succesfully run allen.py, although I haven't tried with a MEP as input.
