Draft: dd4hep Dump Calo Geometry with dumper base class

• Use the Dumper base class to Dump Calo Geometry
• Register producer for Calo Geometry
• For this class the GaudiException handeling is separated from the defined structure and declared after the class instantiation.

This merge request is for separate test before grouping the the bumpers in one merge request.
