Ostap:

• (back)propagation of developments from the standalone version of ostap
• many changes, especially in fitting machinery and models
• use properties where possible
  • it allows to get better documentation
  • it allows to hide some technicalities
  • it provides some protection for some important data fields
• some scripts can be broken, but fixes are trivial

@ibelyaev, am now going to merge this and then propagate to master. If you can in the future sort out some of the Ostap test failures in the various branches, then great.
